Q: Why should I get my listing professional photographed?
In today’s market, the internet is the first-place people start searching for a new home. Most people will not look at a listing with less than 5 photos, and the majority of those will look at a listing less than a minute if they see the photos of poor quality. This is before they even look at the description of the property.
Q: What types of properties do you photograph?
We love high-end homes, but we will photograph any home, condo, or apartment.
Q: How far does your company travel for a property?
We travel up to 50 miles without a travel fee. After 50 miles, fees will be applied.
Q: How should I get my property ready to be photographed?
Download our Prep List HERE. Following these steps will have your property in perfect condition for your photography session.
Q: Can you discount your price, it’s just not that nice of a property?
No, we do not discount. We strongly believe we are providing a service that cannot be labeled as “discount”. We strive to provide the highest quality photos and superior service to all of our clients, no matter the property.
Q: How do I book a photo shoot?
The best way is to go to our booking page HERE.
Q: What if I need to reschedule/cancel an appointment?
In your conformation email there is a button to reschedule. This will show you the availability we have in the near future. Select a new time and you are all set.
Q: What if it rains?
This is 100% your decision. You will receive a call the day before or day of the appointment, depending on weather conditions. We will give you three option:
1) Reschedule for a sunny day.
2) Photograph anyways.
3) Photograph anyways. We can edit in Blue Skies for an additional charge of $75.
If the weather is so severe we cannot get our equipment outside, we will have to come back at a later date to get exterior photos. This will result in a $50 Travel Fee and returning to the property at our earliest convenience.
Q: Does someone need to be present during the appointment?
As long as we are able to access to the property, no one need to be present. If we run into issues the contact person will be contacted.
Q: Do you have access to Supra or Lockboxes?
Yes. We require a CBS Code 12 hours prior to the appointment time to ensure we can access the property. If your client is leaving a key, please be sure they check the key beforehand.
Q: Can you Photoshop people/objects out of photographs?
Yes, we can. However, it is time consuming and there are additional charges that apply. Priced per situation.
Q: How quickly will I receive my photographs?
This depends on the package. Anywhere between 24-48 hours for all Real Estate photography. 5 days for Design and Staging photography, Headshots, and Events.
Q: How will I receive my photographs?
They will be delivered via e-mail.
Q: What forms of payment do you take?
We take online credit card payments.
Q: Can I get physical copies of my photographs?
You can through our photo delivery system. This must be requested and then you can order them through our online store.
Q: What other services are offered?
We offer Real Estate photography, Design and Staging photography, Company Headshots, and Company Event photography.
